About this event

How do you take your passion and turn it not only into a career, but a thriving company in a saturated market? Dang Foods CEO, Vincent Kitirattragarn, is joining GA SF to show us how.

Vincent may have two engineering degrees from Cornell University, but he has always had a passion for food. In 2011, he founded Dang Foods, an all-natural and non-GMO toasted coconut chips brand, after his mom gave him a (fateful) recipe for Thai lettuce wraps.

Today, you can find Dang coconut chips across US retail stores such as Target, Safeway, Kroger, and Whole Foods.

Vincent will share how he turned his idea into a fast-growing company that disrupts a fiercely competitive market full of big food companies. He'll cover the challenges he overcame, and his vision for the future.

This event is hosted by Lingling Chen, Founder of Food Innovation Circle.

Agenda:

  • 6:30-6:45pm: Check-in and networking
  • 6:45-7:00pm: Dang Foods Presentation
  • 7:00pm-7:15pm: Vincent Kitirattragarn in conversation with Lingling Chen
  • 7:30-8:30pm: Q&A, followed by networking
