The Refinery, the brainchild of founder Hayley Swindell-Wakefield, has become an influential coworking space created for women. It has served as a creative space for entrepreneurs, events to transform, and experiences to inspire. Along the along the way, Hayley has built an incredible community in the heart of Austin. Unfortunately, not all startups succeed, and with a heavy heart, they recently announced that they’ll be closing their doors at the end of March.
In the "fail fast" culture of startup life, we encourage learning and agility. How can you quickly move forward from failure with better understanding so you don’t repeat mistakes in the next venture? Come hear from Hayley herself, as she gets REAL real and shares the lessons she’s learned along the way.
