This workshop is the final installment of a 3-part series on Filipinx Mental Health. Session 3 will focus on co-creating a stigma-free community among Filipinx in Tech and colleagues, friends, and allies.
In this interactive workshop,
Discuss how and why mental health stigma shows up in our communities and personal experiences.
Develop recognition of how colonization and colonial mentality impact our definitions of achievement and success.
Learn how to get out of a scarcity mindset/“crab mentality” and how to embrace an abundance mindset
Boost your confidence and compassion for yourself and others while on this journey of healing and decolonization
