About this event

More than 70% of people in the U.S. report being unfulfilled and disengaged at work. According to a recent study by Gallup, the number one way to minimize disengagement is to focus on purpose. Founded at Stanford University’s d.school, Project Wayfinder uses evidence-based purpose frameworks to support top organizations to develop purpose-driven teams and leaders. At Wayfinder, they do not believe people have a single life purpose, but rather they will have different purposes in different parts of their life which will likely change and evolve over time.

Join us for an evening of conversation between Project Wayfinder's founder, Patrick Cook-Deegan, and two of their faculty members who will share how they've journeyed through a multiplicity of purposes.
