About this event

Have you been looking for a mentor, but aren't sure how to go about finding one? Research shows that peer to peer guidance can be even more impactful than the traditional mentorship model. Why?...... Unlike traditional mentorship, it creates an even playing field between two parties who have equal accountability and commitment to each other. Are you looking for someone to bounce a difficult work situations off of, to get advice from, or to ask questions of in a safe space? We are piloting a peer to peer (mentor program).

At the event we will:

1) Pair you with another member of Empowered Tech 2) Create the structure and guidelines for the pilot program 3) Set expectations 3) Conduct follow up on how the experience went 4 weeks later. We are launching this pilot with 40 women.
