Hi Everyone, Hoping everyone is doing well this holiday season! It's been an amazing year for everyone and we are super grateful for everyone joining us at all of our events. It's been a blast. It's time to announce the first meetup of 2020, and we are super excited about this one. On January 16th, the great people at General Assembly will be hosting us for a great meetup with some awesome presentations.

First, X-Matters, a cloud-focused solutions provider, will be discussing Executing end-to-end tests in Kubernetes: "As software applications transition towards a microservice architecture and platforms become more cloud-native, these shifts have changed how development teams build and test software. To scale and manage containers, organizations are turning to orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications at scale, whether they run in a private, public, or hybrid cloud."

Also, VMWare will be giving a presentation by CloudHealth on navigating the cloud journey: effective cloud management, governance, and optimization in a secure fashion. Their presentation will be covering the topic of public cloud management, and the story of how Braze Software simplified the management of a scaling cloud footprint without sacrificing growth velocity.

Food and Drinks will be provided by VMWare, X-Matters, and General Assembly!

The Averity DevOps & Security Team will be on hand, as always, to discuss the state of the market, takeaways from Re-Invent, and anything else you are interested in discussing. We will be spotlighting each of our presentations as we get closer to the event, as well as announcing a fun raffle!
