Robert will walk-through his team’s work to improve mental health outcomes in Australia. An urgent mission pre-COVID, that has now been brought into even sharper focus. He will share how they have learnt the most value can be created by complimenting the existing system rather than disrupting it. Beyond this, he will reveal how designing for activation can increase our resilience – to better absorb, withstand and come back from the adverse.
