About this event

Experience the magic of the design thinking process as we re-design sustainability in LA.

You will learn about and practice the different phases of Design Thinking, including:

  • Inspiration - gaining empathy and understanding the needs and pain points of your customers

  • Ideation - developing a range of ideas on how to create a solution to meet the needs of your customers

  • Prototyping - tools and tips on testing and iterating a product or service

Led by LA-based Service Designer and Design Thinking advocate Marina Terteryan, this short, fun workshop will go through the human-centered design process to understand the different experiences of a commute and brainstorm creative solutions.

This fun workshop is for anyone that has an interest in applying the design process to solve complex problems. The design exercise will leave you inspired to start your day and tackle your next big challenge, with important takeaway lessons that you can apply to your own project or company.
