    About this event

With almost a year of social distancing behind us, our sense of connection has changed drastically. We know that one important element of the shift to a remote working environment is to form stronger bonds with your team and create a sense of connection and belonging. Forming and maintaining positive connections in the workplace is important for work performance as well as for people’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In this talk, Alice Katter, a Brand and Community Strategist, who uses strategic design to create culture, company and community platforms will speak about how we can intentionally design our interactions and redesign the feeling of connection in a virtual world.
