About this event

This workshop is the first installment of a 3-part series on Filipinx Mental Health. Session 1 will focus on expanding our understanding of mental health as it relates to the history and ongoing processes of colonization of Filipinx peoples, both in the homeland and diaspora. Filipinx practitioners will discuss what decolonization looks like to them as individuals as well as through the lenses of the specific types of healing work they bring to the community.
