About this event

We want to help entrepreneurial Australians like you have a Day of Note—a day to kickstart your ideas or side hustle. So Samsung and GA have teamed up to create a range of exclusive workshops to help you take your ideas to the next level.

Ideation and prototyping — the keys to knowing if your passion project can become your main gig.

Take your side hustle one step further. Gain strategies to find out whether customers actually like using your products or website and how you can improve them. Learn to form a hypothesis statement and turn it into an experiment with a prototype and test script. Then practice evaluative research by conducting usability tests.

This session will give you practical experience prototyping a product improvement and getting real feedback from potential customers.

You will learn how to:

• Practice using a proven process for customer-centric ideation and product development.
• Create paper and experiential prototypes.
• Present ideas to a panel of customers and incorporate feedback.
