Samsung and General Assembly have designed a workshop series to empower and inspire Australians to take a day and do something of note, whether it's starting a side hustle or turning your passion into a full-time gig, this workshop will inspire you to take the next step.

Understand your customer. Start your side hustle by flexing your empathy muscles to create proto-personas that share a conception of your user and their problems. Define user problems through generative user research methods and leave with an arsenal of information gathering tools.

After this workshop you'll be able to conduct efficient user research, develop prototypes for new products/services, run fast experiments to collect viability data on your product or side-hustle idea.
