David Shanklin is the Head of Culture Strategy at CultureIQ, where he specializes in helping executives build high-performance, purpose-driven cultures. A leader by example, David excels at coaching leaders and teams to foster teamwork and enhance working relationships that create better business outcomes and more fulfilling lives.

Prior to joining CultureIQ, David led the Associate Consultant and Analyst team at Great Place to Work. Before that, he managed high-potential succession processes for Deloitte, as well as served in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice.
