About the Panelists:
Laura Gluhanich is a user engagement and community consultant, startup advisor, mentor, music lover, and co-founder of Signal Camp. At Signal Camp, Laura and fellow founder Fiona Tang help early stage companies communicate to their community with a strategic approach to user outreach, engagement, and product marketing. Laura is an expert on how to be a positive force for good in networking, how to create a healthy business partnerships, and how to build a supportive community.
Kim Hunter is a skilled communicator with a passion for creating change. She has worked for some of the most influential organizations and politicians in the country, including the Democratic National Committee, Senator Jim Webb, and the ONE Campaign. Kim spent two years traveling the world consulting with NGOs, helping them to enhance their impact. This experience led Kim to San Francisco, where she saw opportunity in using emerging technologies to accelerate change in the world. She leads multiple groups designed to empower and connect dreamers and doers, including The Bad Ass Women’s Group and Women Catalysts. At Aclima, Kim leads all communications and can fly a kite in any weather condition.
