About this event

Join us at General Assembly for a fireside chat between our Director of Social Impact, Tom Ogletree and Parag Khanna, author of Connectography.

It is time to reimagine how life is organized on Earth. We’re accelerating into a future shaped less by countries than by connectivity. Mankind has a new maxim – Connectivity is destiny – and the most connected powers, and people, will win. In his new book Connectography, Parag Khanna guides us through the emerging global network civilization in which mega-cities compete over connectivity more than borders. He heralds the rise of a cyber-civilization of distributed cooperation and new identities stemming from the growth of cloud communities.
