Liana Burtsava is a renowned international personal branding expert and executive coach whose resume also includes startup founder, marketing executive, and INSEAD MBA lecturer. Her career trajectory has spanned 10 countries, 9 languages, and top organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Philips, Zara, and notable Silicon Valley startups.

With 20 years of marketing, consulting, and coaching experience that’s taken her from Silicon Valley to Singapore, Liana utilizes her expertise in psychology and marketing to strategize authentic personal branding for executives that set them apart from the crowd.

Liana is also the creator of Connected MBA, an educational program that empowers business leaders to make a bigger impact using proven tools from marketing, psychology, and neuroscience. Previously Liana founded Trendy Lime, a social club and experiential marketing agency where she joined forces with top fashion brands and worked with tech companies to elevate their aesthetic.

Liana was educated at INSEAD (MBA), Harvard (Executive Coaching), and American University in Bulgaria (Business Administration & Fine Arts). She is a founder of the Women in Business Club chapter and an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD.

The Sacramento Works Job Center System provides resources and services to employers and job seekers in Sacramento County. Planning, policy, and oversight for the system is the responsibility of Sacramento Works, Inc., the Workforce Development Board, a 27-member volunteer board of directors.

Services, resources, workforce development sector strategies, training programs, and services to employers are provided by the staff of Workforce Development Department of the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency, the Employment Development Department and over 40 community workforce development partners.

ChickTech is a national non-profit organization committed to increasing the number of girls and women in technology while improving the culture of the industry itself. From local conferences to hands-on workshops to mentoring, we create an inclusive community for girls and women that increases their sense of belonging, interest, and self-confidence in technology and engineering.
