Wind down your week with a lunchtime yoga and meditation session. Leave the stresses of work and life behind as you sit through a guided class. We will focus on opening the shoulders and hips, realignment and strengthening your core – a perfect release for all those hunched shoulders over desks. Learn various techniques of yoga and mindfulness that will help you move through your day with more intention.
This class is open to all levels. Mats are available for no charge but limited to a first come, first serve basis. Feel free to bring your own.
