Facebook, Amazon, Google, it seems like getting into tech is the thing to do, but what does a career in the industry really look like?

For starters, there are roles beyond software engineering–people who write the code behind websites and apps. From social media marketing to designing user experiences and analysing data, breaking into tech isn't as daunting or hard as you think.
