BLAQUIRE-CON is a quarterly convention of Blaquire-represented talent.

KEYNOTE 1: ​Friday, June 26th @ 4pm: Dr. Randall Stutman, Ph.D. Managing Partner of CRA, Inc., Dr. Stutman is widely recognized as an authority in leadership style and executive development.

Randall K. Stutman has spent more than 20 years as an executive advisor and coach on Wall Street and in financial firms, working with the senior leaders of firms including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Bank of New York, among others. Dr. Stutman is the founder of the Admired Leadership Institute® and is a popular speaker on the qualities and behaviors of extraordinary leaders. His ground-breaking work on leadership development through a library of critical experiences has influenced a new generation of professionals practicing in the area.

A former professor at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Temple University, Dr. Stutman has been widely published in business journals and is the author of three books on leadership behavior, including the award-winning Working Through Conflict.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Stutman is a former collegiate golfer who has traded his clubs for a saddle and now breeds and rides Rocky Mountain horses.

​KEYNOTE 2: ​Saturday, June 27th @ 4pm: Dr. Sep Kamvar, Ph.D. Sep Kamvar is a professor at the MIT Media Lab, where he directs the Social Computing Group.

Prior to MIT, Sep was the head of personalization at Google and a consulting professor of Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford University. Prior to that, he was founder and CEO of Kaltix, a personalized search company that was acquired by Google in 2003.

Sep is the author of two books and over 40 technical publications and patents in the fields of search and social computing. His artwork has been exhibited worldwide, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens.

Sep received his Ph.D. in Scientific Computing and Computational Mathematics from Stanford University and his A.B. in Chemistry from Princeton University.
