More and more entrepreneurship has become a part of the mainstream conversations around the nation’s workforce. With more opportunities in a variety of industries, folks are forgoing traditional pathways in favor of being the CEO of their own career. While this is new to some industries, the music industry has always leveraged freelancers; however, the context of our larger workforce coupled with changing economic structures means an ever-changing landscape to navigate.
