About this workshop

We know honesty is at the heart of strong work relationships but why is it so hard to say what we need to say? How we can be real in a way that fosters rather than breaks trust?

I take inspiration from Radical Candor — an approach to communication and leadership inspired by former Google executive Kim Scott (who I had the chance to interview!) that sits at the intersection of kindness and no bull shit.

Building off the principles of Radical Candor, we’ll share a simple yet powerful framework, memorable soulful stories and practical learnings for being radically honest with your co-workers and clients -- whether it’s giving hard-to-hear feedback, increasing your bill rates, sharing bad news or disagreeing with a strategy -- in a way that grows your relationships and bottom line.
