About this workshop series

Searching for a job is serious work, but that doesn't mean it has to be done seriously. And chances are, using humor can help you be more successful in finding a job because 98% of CEOs prefer job candidates with a sense of humor and people who use humor at work are given more opportunities. In this workshop, you'll learn how to use humor to get a job by following specific exercises to create humor for each step of the job process.

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to: Tell a story they can use to respond to the prompt, "Tell me about yourself." Create an association to explain what it is that they do / want to do. Use incongruity to get people to read their emails. Make an observation to build rapport with others. Turn the job search process into a more enjoyable experience.
