Tracy Lawrence, co-founder & CEO at Chewse, will keynote her talk, “Feminine Capitalism: Out for Blood Isn’t the Only Way.” Tracy will share her innovative approach to diversity in the workplace - from bringing your whole-self to work to promoting equality through salary transparency. Lauren Schulte, co-founder & CEO of The Flex Company, and Jesse Genet, co-founder & CEO of Lumi, will join for a breakout session moderated by Amy Raymond Cohn of Ugh Ventures Consulting. In addition to an inspiring, thought provoking program, we will have plenty of networking with women in tech/startups including female founders, software engineers, product managers, and marketers over Beyoncé tunes, Chewse food, and wine.
