About this event

We all have a relationship with the things we own. We gripe about our alarm clock being rude when waking us, we give our cars names and talk to them when they make funny noises. What happens when they talk back?

When our things have the ability to clearly communicate with us through artificial intelligence, the depth of those relationships will grow exponentially. In this emergent age of conversational UI, virtual assistants, and autonomous everythings, there is a need to craft the roles these emotionally intelligent AIs play in our lives. This talk presented by Seth Snyder of Frog Design, will outline an approach to designing AI products that fundamentally redefine our relationship with technology.
