Welcome to the club of over-thinkers and worriers. Join Anxious As Anything as we talk all things anxiety, startups and career pivots.
Join us for our first event of 2022 where Anxious as Anything are joined by some incredible humans doing incredible things, all facing the highs and lows of life.
During our chat we'll be exploring:
- How do we talk to loved ones that are facing mental health issues?
- How can we self talk and minimise the self deprecating talk?
- How can you overcome the 'shame' of facing anxiety and mental health?
- What nuggets of wisdom could you empower yourself with to help achieve your goals?
- How do we overcome the struggle of wearing a mask/ masking our feelings?
By incorporating laughter and authenticity, our aim is take the mental health stigma out of our overthinkin’ noggins or at the very least, yours.
