About this class

A lot of us have had ideas for great apps bouncing around in our brains, but lack the skills necessary to bring our ideas to life. Whether you’re a novice techie, an entrepreneur, or just an Android phone owner, in this class you’ll learn all about Android development as well as the basic building blocks of making an Android App.

In this beginners workshop, students will learn basics of android and how it works. We will create a small app and run it in android phone and emulator which will help build an understanding of android programming and java.

Prereqs & Preparation

This class is suitable but not limited to people who know java or any other Object oriented programming language. Please download android studio and android SDK, JDK. (The instructor will also bring along and help to install these)
