About this class

Do you already know about agile, but still aren’t sure it it’s right for your team? By gaining an understanding of the different tools you use within the agile methodology, you can see first hand the ways that it can help streamline your workflow and allow your team to meet deadlines with ease.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use the tools you’ll need to successfully implement agile within your own software development team. You’ll get a hands experience using tools to setup and run different agile methodologies such as sprint planning, story estimation, knowledge management, and bug management.
