About this class

Retrospectives are a requirement of the Scrum framework and are recommended for Agile teams as well — they can be used to inspect the process and identify obstacles and blockers a team may face. Good retrospectives enable the team to adapt their processes and continually improve. In this class, you’ll learn why retrospectives are important as well as the four core components of every good retrospective, then go through practical exercises demonstrating techniques for each of the core components.
