About This Class

Agile marketing is no longer a buzzword but instead a proven practice that helps brands and startups accelerate speed to market, boost conversion rates and improve customer engagement. Applying lean and agile methodologies to an organization’s current or new marketing initiatives helps to improve ROI and increase an organizations ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

This Agile Marketing workshop will dive into the fundamentals: what is lean and agile methodology and why is it beneficial to adopt? Then, using insights gleaned from brand best practices and entrepreneurial methodology with the approach, “Think like a Brand. Act like a Startup.”

This class will explore how to create a customer-centric focus with digital agility and reactivity to market trends. Then, learn how to use the lean scientific method focused on testing and iterating to turn these concepts into reality and implement them on your very own marketing initiatives.

Niklas is a curious design engineer at heart currently changing the world of logistics together with his team and business partners at Premonition, a software firm building real-time predictive logistics technology. Previously Niklas was the Marketing Director at HotelQuickly (Asia's #1 last-minute hotel booking app) and launched THE ICONIC (Australia's #1 Fashion e-tailer) as a senior executive in the marketing team. Prior to coming to Australia in 2011 he served as a Project Leader at a Nuclear Power plant. Niklas is an early-riser and frequent runner living by the principles of an optimistic future: why consume what you have today when you can use it to build a better future.
