Agile marketing is no longer a buzzword but instead a proven practice that helps brands and startups accelerate speed to market, boost conversion rates and improve customer engagement. Applying lean and agile methodologies to an organization’s current or new marketing initiatives helps to improve ROI and increase an organizations ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

This Agile Marketing workshop will dive into the fundamentals: what is lean and agile methodology and why is it beneficial to adopt? Then, using insights gleaned from brand best practices and entrepreneurial methodology with the approach, “Think like a Brand. Act like a Startup.” The workshop will explore how to create a customer-centric focus with digital agility and reactivity to market trends.
