Heard about this thing called Agile and Scrum but have no clue what it's all about? This workshop will help you understand the principles behind the increasingly popular Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban. You’ll get a brief explanation of the core values and principles of Agile and a more detailed look at Scrum and Kanban. We’ll cover the roles and events/ceremonies of Scrum, how Kanban is different and explain the most common approach that Scrum teams use for estimating and planning projects. This workshop is designed to teach you what Agile is through practical exercises reinforced with light theory and real-world examples.
A basic understanding of software development, project management or product management can be helpful but is not necessary. Please bring a pen and some paper for note taking
