About this event

As protests continue to take place across our nation arising from the Black Lives Matter movement and the murder of George Floyd, leaders from all industries have begun re-evaluating the policies, and processes that have systematically created barriers to the advancement of BIPOC within the workplace.

These current times are proving companies must act in solidarity to close gaps in the hiring, recruiting, and retention of Black professionals. This panel brings together change agents and advocates from multiple disciplines all fighting to eliminate systemic racism within the workplace. Hear how they are actively taking the steps to make that change happen right now and what you can do to promote racial justice in your organization.
