Appealing, focused, and easy to understand graphics can be the deciding factor on how your presentation is received. In more stark terms, making bad data visualizations can diminish your credibility as a business or data professional.
In this bootcamp, we will learn how to create 10 Advanced Excel charts that will take your data analysis presentations to the next level. Step by step, you will see how different charts work best with certain types of business questions, how the Chart menu options allow you to change complexity into clarity, and how a few tips and tricks increase your speed and confidence.
A working knowledge of Excel is necessary. It is preferred that you understand the SUMIFS() function and can insert at least one simple chart (line, column or scatter) using the Charts Menu independently.
Taking any other General Assembly Excel or Data Analytics Intro also covers pre-requirements. You will need a laptop with both Excel and Power Point installed.
