Join the Bay Area Learning Experience Designers at this introductory event on the action mapping approach developed by Cathy Moore. You’ll work in groups to consider a small-scale real-world performance problem and apply action mapping to design the solution, getting just a taste of the approach. You’ll leave with your partly-completed action map and ideas for how to use the approach at your workplace.
