About this workshop

Every entrepreneur, intra-preneur and innovation driven executive should learn this framework. Great, sustainable businesses are built upon superior team collaboration and a metric driven approach to outcomes. Getting inter-disciplinary teams to move in a coordinated and focussed way to achieved aligned outcomes and results in condensed time frames can be a challenge. Often times, resources are constrained and a team needs to move fast to ensure they gain traction and do not lose momentum as it relates to winning confidence to gain greater financial resources as well as retaining the best talent.

This bootcamp takes the concepts of metrics, KPIs and OKRs and shows the application of leveraging these tools to operate, manage and lead a business to accelerated growth AND with cross-disciplinary teams to drive short and long term results. The instructor, Sodan, has been part of a company that IPO’ed during the first tech boom and bust in the late 1990s - early 2000s, built profitable growth businesses before and after the second boom and bust in 2008, and scaled a business that got acquired as a CFO/COO in this last tech rise. The fundamentals he teaches in this bootcamp matter today more than ever.
