About this event

Today chatbots are the talk of the town, yet just a few understand how they can enhance user experience. In the last years, I realised it’s plenty of badly design chatbots out there which fail to meet customer expectations and generate confusion. My aim is to bring clarity on the chatbots business by investigating the limitation of today's technology and proposing a more comprehensive approach that focuses on a problem-first philosophy.
