Understanding what stops us from playing powerful and what keeps us playing small is critical in advancing in your career, standing out as a leader and achieving your true earning potential. You can apply this lesson to start negotiating and self-advocating on a daily basis (#alwaysnegotiate), and set yourself up for your next performance review or next level opportunity you are interviewing for.

This workshop is designed to jumpstart your confidence and overcome your fears and behavior patterns that stop you from activating your voice, so you can negotiate like a badass and get the pay positions and recognition you deserve. It’s time.
