About this event

Do you have an impending conversation that requires you to be courageous? Are there issues in your personal or professional life that are weighing you down? Are you feeling overwhelmed, but you don't know how to articulate that you aren't coping?

If the answer is yes to any of these - then it’s time to have a 'Courageous Conversation’.

Courageous conversations take skill, strategy and a sincere desire to do good. They also call for courage. Your ability to speak up about issues that weigh you down is crucial to your success at work and in life.

There are many times in our lives when we should have had a courageous conversation, but we didn't. One of the main reasons why is because we don't know how to go about them. If you’re putting off a ‘courageous conversation’ this session may very well change your life.

In the Courageous Conversations module, we unpack: - The Principles of Courageous Conversations - The 7 steps to a successful conversation and - The 3 ingredients to consider before you enter a Courageous Conversation

With these frameworks, you will be able to express and articulate your thoughts and opinions in a way that avoids awkward situations, quickly clears up misunderstandings and creates positive relationships.

Takeaways

At the end of this workshop you will: - Be equipped with practical tips that can be immediately applied - Leave feeling empowered to communicate with influence & intent - Tools, tricks & frameworks for effective persuasion techniques - Key principles to courageous conversations
