Zoë Reagan (she/they, Northern Cheyenne) is a human experience researcher living and working on Clackamas & Cowlitz land (Portland, OR).
Zoë's professional background is in patient education, where they most notably initiated a pilot education program to provide outreach and support to individuals living with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners utilizing an innovative, multimedia approach with live and online sessions for a nationally recognized movement disorders clinic.
Zoë presently works as a digital project manager and UX analyst at Clique Studios, an interdisciplinary content experience agency headquartered in Chicago (ancestral lands of the Kickapoo, Potawatomi, Peoria & Očeti Šakówiŋ peoples).
During their time at Clique, Zoë has worked to support the evolution and growth of the Clique UX squad, and has managed complex digital projects in education, non-profit and commercial sectors. They actively facilitate design thinking to improve operational relationships and outcomes across teams, and hopes to pilot a ‘client success’ research project this year.
Zoë is a second year graduate student in the Human Computer Interaction Master’s program at DePaul University in Chicago, where their research interests include environment centered design and intersectional design.
