Zoe is the Head of Digital at The Co-Op and has over 10 years experience driving digital product experiences that meet business goals. She has previously contributed to the growth and development of Yahoo!7 (Australia and New Zealand) and Spreets. Her strong product management experience stems from a broad skill-set in e-commerce, digital media and strategy, user experience and web analytics. Zoe is also excited by and interested in the ways that innovation can lead to new revenue streams, and she has been an active member in the startup scene with her own business.
In this ten-week course, students will learn to navigate the product cycle, from evaluating users and managing a roadmap to creating an MVP and developing metrics.
