Chang Zi Qian did his pupillage under a Senior Counsel at Rajah and Tann LLP before getting admitted to the Singapore Bar. He then joined the National Research Foundation (Prime Minister’s Office), where he was involved in formulating start up related policy and executing government-led venture capitalist investment schemes. Currently, he is the Co-Founder of INTELLLEX, a productivity suite for lawyers.
