Zhenzhi is a User Experience (UX) practitioner with 9 years of experience. He believes that design with great user experience can make people's life better and easier. Great user experience can only be achieved by the entire team's effort, with curiosity and empathy, with the help of proper process.

Zhenzhi specialises in various aspects of UX research, ideation, prototyping and testing, e.g. stakeholder/business research, user research, content strategy, information architecture, usability testing and wireframe/prototyping. He is proficient with both waterfall and lean UX process and the techniques of building prototypes to validate ideas and concepts, built by his past working experience in agency, corporate and startup, via both commercial and government projects.
