Yulkendy Valdez is a fearless advocate for change, a dynamic educator, and co-founder and a managing partner of Project 99, a company that helps leading organizations engage and retain diverse talent through leadership programs tailored to the millennial workforce. She has received numerous fellowships by the Harvard Kennedy School, Indiana University, Resolution Project, Kairos Fellowship, and Opportunity Nation. Her corporate experience includes working with EY, Puma, Innosight Consulting, and Bank of America.
Her work extends outside of the U.S. She has traveled to over 20+ countries, some of which included implementing educational initiatives in Uganda and Rwanda.
