    Yulkendy is the co-founder of Forefront (formerly Project 99), a premier training provider for the future of work, helping leading employers become more innovative, competitive, and profitable as workplace demographics in the United States continue to shift rapidly. She has diverse experiences across the private and public sector, having worked with Bank of America Student Leaders Program, EY, Puma, and Innosight Consulting. Beyond her experience in the private sector, Yulkendy has worked with top nonprofits in St. Louis, Missouri (her hometown!) including the International Institute of St. Louis and Betty Jean Kerr People’s Centers where she worked in community development initiatives for low income neighborhoods on a range of issues including access to bank loans and affordable health care. She has received numerous fellowships including The Resolution Project, Young People For, Opportunity Nation Leaders Program, Net Impact Racial Equity Fellowship, Harvard Kennedy School Public Policy Leadership Conference, StartingBloc, and Camelback Ventures. She was recently named one of the Latino 30 Under 30 honorees by El Mundo Boston.
