Yohei Nakajima is an active community organizer in LA’s startup community. He has been heavily involved in various organizations that include Startup Weekend, Coloft, Hub Los Angeles, Startup Week, Startup Next, CodeforLA, HackforLA, and Santa Monica Youth Tech Academy.
Yohei is currently with Techstars in Los Angeles, working alongside The Walt Disney Company to deliver Disney Accelerator, a mentorship-driven investment program for technology-enabled media and entertainment startups.
Previously, Yohei was Director of Coloft Academy, a school for technology entrepreneurs, with courses ranging from web development and design to fundraising and lean startup methodologies.
