Yifei used to be a biomedical researcher in academia. After 3 years of research, he decided to switch careers and started teaching himself web development. Due to a combination of luck and law of large numbers he landed a job building software in Australia. Currently he works as a Sustaining Engineer at Zendesk, working closely with the customer advocates to investigate and solve customer related issues.
