He is also currently the Senior Growth Lead at TradeGecko, where he leads a team of product, engineering, data, and marketers. Prior to TradeGecko, he was a Product Manager at Microsoft and a User Experience Designer at IBM.

Yi-Wei is passionate about user-centered design and building hypothesis-driven learning organizations.
