William is a user experience researcher at Facebook where he applies a variety of research methods to conduct impactful research across the product cycle. He is also a Designer-in-Residence at General Assembly. Prior to working at Facebook, William was a 2015 Code for America Fellow where he led user research for the Albuquerque Fellowship, and conducted ethnographic research in Bangladesh for the Grameen Bank. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut where he studied Cultural Anthropology.
