A native North Carolinian, Wes Wethington developed his passion for human resource at an early stage of his professional career. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and his involvement with mission work, Wes has blended his experience to develop a unique perspective of early stage career growth. Wes’s philanthropic initiatives include the establishment of a non-profit organization called “The Wesley Heritage Foundation,” dedicated to providing educational opportunities for Spanish-speaking theological and seminary students in Peru. Serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the organization, Wes spearheaded fundraising initiatives and founded a University committed to this important cause. Wes led the charge as the Head of College Recruiting for Foot Locker, Inc., operating out of its New York City Headquarters. He implemented and helped define the Center of Excellence for College Recruitment, Corporate Internship Program, and The Rotational Executive Development Program, while providing high retention from converting interns to full-time associates. In tandem with these efforts Wes took over and lead the finance and accounting recruitment vertical. Most recently, Wes has joined HelloFresh, a meal-kit delivery organization, and jointly leads the Operations, Supply-Chain, and Logistics recruiting efforts. In addition to, Wes has begun to define Diversity & Inclusion strategy to continue diversity of thought and growth as the newly established organization defines it's industry.
