Prior to launching Harlem Labs, Waziri spent a decade in finance across trading, private wealth and renewable energy banking at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Waziri is a 2009 graduate of Columbia Business School and serves on the board of schools African American Alumni Association (4A) and as well as the Austin Urban Tech Movement (AUTM) board. He serves as Regional Chair for Management Leaders for Tomorrow's (MLT) Texas Chapter.
