Wayne Jones is a fifteen year veteran of the technology industry, including senior positions at Oracle and IBM, as well as his own startup. He has managed teams large and small, local and remote, across multiple countries and time zones. As an intrapreneur, he built and developed grassroots support for successful sales enablement and marketing programs, built a wide array of corporate tools, and launched several initiatives at global scale without the formal charter to do so.
